Publication Ethics and Scientific Integrity Policy

The journal implements a transparent and rigorous policy on publication ethics and scientific integrity.

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo plagiarism checks using specialized software before being submitted to the peer review process.

The journal does not accept articles that violate academic ethics, such as plagiarism in any form, duplicate publications, falsified or manipulated data, inaccurate or intentionally misleading citations, or copyright infringement of images, maps, or references.

In the event of detecting violations before or after publication, the Editorial Board has the right to reject, request revisions, withdraw the article (retraction), or publish a correction notice in accordance with current regulations.

Authors are responsible for fully disclosing any conflicts of interest (if any) related to the research content.

The journal implements a transparent conflict of interest policy to ensure the objectivity of the peer review and publication process.

The journal only accepts articles that fully comply with copyright and intellectual property rights regulations as stipulated by Vietnamese law and international practice.

Notes on Presentation

Do not use abbreviations, slang, or unclear symbols; plagiarism and submission to multiple sources are prohibited.

If using images of maps of Vietnam, they must fully show the East Sea, the sovereignty of the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa islands, and all islands and archipelagos under the sovereignty of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
