Tóm tắt

Tại các địa phương có tốc độ công nghiệp hóa nhanh, các khu công nghiệp (KCN) đóng vai trò động lực kinh tế nhưng đồng thời gây ra suy thoái môi trường nhiệt. Nghiên cứu này tập trung phân tích biến động không gian - thời gian của lớp phủ (LULC) và tác động nhiệt tại tỉnh Bắc Ninh trong giai đoạn 2006–2026. Tổng cộng 12 KCN  trọng điểm được xác định và phân tích dựa trên các liên kết không gian đặc thù. Sử dụng dữ liệu vệ tinh Landsat đa thời gian, nghiên cứu đánh giá mô hình phát triển quỹ đất và phản ứng nhiệt trên hai quy mô: tổng thể (toàn tỉnh) và cục bộ ( KCN). Kết quả chỉ ra quá trình chuyển đổi từ đất nông nghiệp sang đất công nghiệp là nguyên nhân chủ đạo làm gia tăng nhiệt độ bề mặt (LST). Sự hình thành và mở rộng của các "đảo nhiệt công nghiệp" mới tại các vùng ven đã tái cấu trúc đáng kể môi trường nhiệt của tỉnh theo thời gian. Những phát hiện này cung cấp bằng chứng khoa học quan trọng, hỗ trợ các nhà quản lý trong việc ra quyết định và định hướng quy hoạch đô thị - công nghiệp bền vững, góp phần kiểm soát hiệu ứng đảo nhiệt và nâng cao chất lượng môi trường sống tại Bắc Ninh.
